The hotel was very well located and with a
luxurious design. We loved the spacious room and the fantastic rooftop bar, though the noise from nearby nightlife was a bit distracting at times.

stylish hotel but some issues with breakfast service
The design of the hotel is stunning! I enjoyed the rooftop terrace with city views, a great spot to unwind after a long day. The staff was truly welcoming, especially the gentleman at check-in who made us feel at home, even late at night. Furthermore, the outdoor onsens provided a unique and relaxing experience, allowing us to soak in the beautiful surroundings while enjoying complementary drinks during happy hour.
However, we found the breakfast options lacking in temperature.

Great rooftop views and relaxing onsen experience
I had an amazing time here, especially enjoying the stunning views from the rooftop terrace while relaxing in the foot bath. The rooms were comfy and well-equipped, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The onsen experience was a highlight, though the room size could be a bit tight for those traveling with larger luggage.

Couple's Well-Deserved Escape
The rooftop terrace and its footbath were a highlight! After exploring all day, soaking my feet while sipping a drink and enjoying the city lights was just what we needed.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The hotel had a lovely onsen and rooftop area, but the room was exceedingly small, making it difficult to unpack while staying for five nights. Overall, the amenities were enjoyable, and the location was great, though be prepared to book breakfast in advance.

A Cozy Retreat in the Heart of Kyoto
We spent four nights in a comfortable double room, enjoying the on-site restaurant that offered delicious local cuisine. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I appreciated their help with the tattoo cover issue at the onsen. Pro tip, make sure to check luggage forwarding options early!

The hotel features lovely modern decor, with accessible facilities for seniors including elevators and beautifully designed common areas. The rooftop terrace, complete with a soothing footbath and stunning city views, was a relaxing highlight during my stay.
More seating options in the common areas would help.

Amazing onsen experience!
The private onsen was unreal, with views of the river and Gion. Seriously, soaking while looking at Kannon Ryozen Temple was a dream! Staff, especially the manager, were super helpful. Just wish dining options were more varied. The lounge area is nice tho. Totally worth it for the vibe and service!
